WhatsApp to allow users to change colours in the chat

Recent reports suggest that WhatsApp has been working on a lot of new features and the latest one will allow the users to change the colours in the app. The feature has previously been used during one of the beta tests.

WhatsApp is slowly adding several features to the application and dozens of other features like Chat Threads are on their way to be included as well. Infact, this feature has already been rolled out to some selected users supposedly.

According to WABetainfo, Whatsapp will soon let users change colours within the chat application. The website that post everything related to WA wrote in a post, stating, “WhatsApp is developing a feature that allows users to change some colours in the app. The feature is under development and there are no further details at the time.”

Several screenshots were shared by WABetainfo which suggest that this new feature will let people change colours in the chat box. The users can change the text to fluorescent green. Although, no official announcement has been made by WhatsApp itself. Much about this feature is yet to be revealed.

Apart from the colour change, WABetainfo has also shed light on the upcoming Chat Threads feature which has possibly been rolled out to some selected Android Users. They posted, “WhatsApp is working on “Support Chat Threads”: they will help you and WhatsApp to manage bug reports.Support Threads are verified end-to-end encrypted chats and they’ll be closed after the issue is fixed.” According to the website, the feature will come with the next WhatsApp update.
