The charges against Bhushan Kumar are as followed: Sections 376 (rape), 420 (cheating), and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, according to the official (criminal intimidation). However, the managing director of T-Series has refuted the rape charges against him by the woman on Friday.

The charge was a counterblast to T-Series.
